Maybe you are too tired to cook by yourself today, and want to go out eat well but also feel good. Maybe your friend asks you out to have nice dinner together on a weekend when you are on a diet. Maybe you are bored of eating salad for lunch but still want to eat something “kind of healthy”.

Girl, I got you. Dinning out doesn’t mean ditch your diet, and your options are not limited to frustrating salad shops. Today we are talking about Boston restaurants that are delicious, healthy, and stylish.

1. Dig Inn Dig Inn serves farm-to-table policy which brings you fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients in your food. They offers a Boston-only breakfast and brunch menu, which includes “make-your-own bowls”, toasts, pastries, burgers, waffles and so on. Highly recommend the avocado toast and avocado burger. They are so tasty and filling cooked with organic and healthy ingredients, and the price is very affordable. Last but not the least, you can take great pictures of food here and post on your social medias. The environment is fresh and natural, having many green plants and woods.

2. By Chloe

This plant-based restaurant knows how to bring the perfect balance of healthy and incredibly delicious. All their food is vegan, made with well-chosen ingredients and packaged with eco- friendly materials. If you are meat lover, they also serves vegan burger and Mexico taco salad that make you can hardly tell any difference from real meat. My personal favorites here are Whole- Coconut juice and sweet potato fries. Yum Yum. They environment is very cozy and chic, having pinky and white tones and modern decorations. Sitting in the swing-sofa by the windows while eating is so comfortable.

3. The Table at Season To Taste Want to have a fancy dinner? Just as you wish, this twenty seated restaurant brings seasonal and organic ingredients with International and luxuriant flavor together in the chef’s four-course prix fixe menus that only cost 69 dollars. The romantic and delicate color plating presentation creates better taste of food, and the light serving size doesn’t make you worry about your diet at all. The kitchen is openly seen by the guests to show that they are eating all the good stuff.
